Downslope Distilling holds a First Friday Thieves event every Feb/Mar/Apr. Everyone sampled 4 whiskeys from different barrels then everyone got to pull a sample from a barrel Downslope was close to bottling using a Whisky Thieve. 2025 was a very cool event!
