My Background
Friends have called me Toddman for years. I recently retired and wanted to have a site to save and share my travel destinations. I have 10 states left to visit. Many National Parks and State Parks to visit. I have many more Beercations; traveling to a city I have not been to before and checking out the location and their unique IPAs.
How I Got Started Traveling
I was in the military for 6 years so I traveled all over the US and overseas. In my civilian life I have always received 2-4 weeks of vacation and I tried to travel 4-6 times a year to explore new locations. Now retired I have made all my lists and I'm ready to start knocking off some of those destinations.
Top Destinations I have enjoyed
I have been to Portland, Oregon 6 times to explore the city and the different IPA creations. Eugene, Oregon many times visiting a good friend. Bozeman, Montana another favorite. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in the winter. My favorite time to travel is summer. I enjoy being warm but not too muggy hot. I will be a tourist and also get to know the locals when chatty Todd talks them up. I love to view solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, shooting stars, any phenomenon we get to witness while here.
